After being recommended to Mercian Carpets and Flooring I decided to use them for some new flooring for my kitchen . I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and helpful Andy and Lesley the owners were and nothing was to much trouble . The flooring I chose was Van Gogh a lovely Karndean in classic oak . Everything went to plan and the floor was prepared and fitted over 2 days. Andy and the other fitter Mick made an excellent job and it was spot on . I am thrilled with the result and would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend to others . Thank you again for your very professional and helpful service

Andy and the team at Mercian have fitted the flooring and carpets throughout all of our house. This job presented them with a real challenge of a previously 'botched" floor levelling in a ground floor extension, all of which had to be removed and replaced with 20mm depth levelling compound before the 'Karndean' flooring could be laid. The whole job was completed in 3 days and is perfect on a now perfectly level floor. Thank you guys.
